Delete your data

Sign in at https://app.conversaix.com, open Settings, then Integrations. Disconnect the account you want removed. Disconnecting Facebook, Instagram or Google revokes our access and removes the data we pulled from that service within 24 hours.

Email admin@adkivity.com from the address on your account with the subject line Delete my data. Tell us which of these you want:

• Data from one connected service, such as Facebook, Instagram or Google.
• One person's record, if you are asking on behalf of a customer.
• Your entire account and everything in it.

We confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.

You can cut our access from Meta's side at any time. In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Find Conversaix and choose Remove. Meta notifies us and we delete the data we received from your Meta account within 24 hours.

• Profile and page data we read from the connected service.
• Leads, messages and ad performance records we pulled from it.
• Access and refresh tokens for that connection.
• Cached copies and generated summaries built from that data.

We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as billing history and security logs, for up to seven years. Those never contain connected account content.

The business that contacted you controls its own records. Ask them directly and they can delete you in a few clicks. If you cannot reach them, email admin@adkivity.com and we will pass the request on and follow up until it is handled.
